Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

If these conditions are met, the consultation will be cancelled and the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway processing timelines.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Failure to attend the consultation session (No-show)
Late arrival resulting in reduced consultation time

3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling may be allowed under limited circumstances:

A request must be made before the scheduled consultation time
A valid reason must be provided
Rescheduling will be subject to the availability of the consultant

The Zen Crystals Academy reserves the sole discretion to approve or decline rescheduling requests.

Only one rescheduling request per booking may be allowed.

4. Courses, Workshops & Digital Products

All purchases of the following are final and non-refundable:

Digital downloads

Recorded sessions or video content
Educational materials
Any other digital product available on the platform

Once access to digital content is granted, activated, downloaded, or delivered, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded, as per standard digital product practices and applicable e-commerce guidelines.
